I'm the CEO and founder of NOCH Power. I'm originally from Argentina and moved to California 18 years ago, where I'm still based today, in Southern California.
I started my first company at 21. ElovaTec, my family's telecommunications company, was founded in 2002 and still operates today, building and densifying 4G and 5G networks. That's where I learned that infrastructure is a promise: people don't think about it until it breaks.
I built my first software in 2013 at Toshiba: an internal forecasting tool, born from frustration that the standard SaaS platforms the company ran on weren't designed for how it actually worked.
By 2019 that idea had grown into something completely different: enterprise-level software for sales forecasting and market trend pattern identification, adopted across 10 countries, replacing the incumbent platform. Along the way I trained thousands of professionals on it and wrote two books to do it.
That experience gave me the thesis I still operate on: off-the-shelf isn't good enough for critical operations, and the person closest to the problem should build the solution. It's also why, when AI made it possible for one builder to do the work of a team, I went back to school for it, completing AI & Machine Learning studies at MIT Professional Education.
NOCH Power is that thesis applied to infrastructure. I founded it in 2023 after watching the EV charging industry race to install hardware while almost nobody took responsibility for keeping it running. NOCH installs, commissions, and maintains EV charging networks nationwide, pairing certified field technicians with a reliability operating system we built in-house, software I architected myself, applying everything I learned building enterprise software plus modern AI. It takes every escalation from diagnosis through resolved uptime. Today we're extending that model to the rest of the infrastructure the modern economy depends on: energy storage and data centers.
I completed Executive Leadership studies at Cornell University. I write about infrastructure reliability, field operations, and building companies around problems everyone else avoids.
